Send Easify Product Options to Google Sheets

When customers place orders with personalized products, custom text, or selected options through Easify, this trigger captures all the order details and custom option data. The trigger runs automatically in the background and passes the complete order information, including customer details and line item customizations, to the next step for processing.

This step automatically retrieves your Shopify store information, including your shop domain and settings. The data collected here is used to create clickable order URLs in your spreadsheet that link directly to the order details in your Shopify admin. This step requires no configuration and runs automatically using your connected Shopify account credentials. The shop data gets combined with the order information to ensure all spreadsheet entries include properly formatted store-specific details.

The Loop step iterates through each line item in the order, handling both single and multi-item orders effectively. For orders containing multiple products with different customizations, this step ensures each product gets processed individually with its specific options and pricing. The loop automatically extracts product details, SKUs, prices, and any Easify customizations for each item. This step runs automatically and passes each line item's data to the Google Sheets step for individual row creation.

This step creates a new row in your Google Sheets spreadsheet for each product line item processed by the loop. You'll configure the spreadsheet name in the "What do you want to name your spreadsheet?" field - choose something descriptive like "Easify Orders 2024". Then select which columns to include from the checkboxes: Order URL, Order Name, Email, Shipping details, and Product information are all available.
