Send Globo Product Options to Google Sheets

The trigger automatically detects when customers place orders containing products with Globo Product Options (like custom text, file uploads, or variant selections). It captures the complete order data including customer information, shipping details, and all line items with their custom options. No configuration is needed - the trigger runs continuously once activated and passes the order data to the next step for processing.

The system automatically retrieves your shop's domain name and other store details from Shopify's API. This information is used to create clickable admin URLs in your spreadsheet that link directly to the orders in your Shopify dashboard. The step requires no user input and runs behind the scenes, passing your store's domain information to subsequent steps for URL generation.

The loop examines every line item in the order and processes them one at a time. For orders with multiple products, this means you'll get separate rows for each item, making it easy to analyze product-level data and custom options. The loop automatically handles orders of any size and passes each line item's details (product name, SKU, price, custom options) to the Add Row step. No configuration is required - it dynamically processes however many items are in each order.

The step writes data to your Google Sheets spreadsheet, creating one row for each product line item processed by the loop. You'll configure which columns to include (Order URL, Order Name, Email, Shipping details, Product information) and name your spreadsheet during setup. The system automatically creates the spreadsheet if it doesn't exist and formats the data consistently. Each row will contain the customer's information alongside the specific product details and any custom Globo options selected.
