Each new review triggers the workflow independently, so the same customer will receive the tag multiple times. Shopify automatically prevents duplicate tags, so customers who already have the tag won't get it added again - they'll simply keep their existing tag.

Can I tag customers based on the star rating of their review?

Not with this basic template, but you can add a Filter step after the trigger to check the review rating and only apply tags for reviews meeting certain criteria, like 4+ stars for "Happy Customer" or 2 stars or below for "Needs Attention".

Will this work with reviews from other platforms besides Judge.me?
