Yes, Thanks.io supports international postcard delivery to most countries. However, delivery times and costs vary by destination, and you should verify that your return address format meets international postal requirements.
What happens if the shipping address is incomplete or invalid?
The workflow will attempt to send the postcard with the available address information, but Thanks.io may reject postcards with insufficient addressing. Consider adding address validation steps before the Send Postcard action for higher delivery success rates.
Can I preview what the postcard will look like before it gets sent?
Thanks.io doesn't provide live previews through MESA, but you can preview handwriting styles and postcard layouts in your Thanks.io dashboard. Test the workflow with a sample order to yourself first to see the final result before going live.
